Right click on the file that you want – then select SAVE TARGET AS

specify a location and a file name – where it will be saved. I recommend your desktop and the default file name. Click SAVE.

You can open this file with Microsoft Excel and you can manipulate the file in multiple ways. If you do not have Microsoft Excel – you can download FREE software that does essentially the same thing. That software can be downloaded from http://www.openoffice.org/ Download the software by clicking on the link labeled GET OPENOFFICE.ORG
